To request an extension of the hospital admission benefit , you must meet the following requirements:

  • The baby must have remained hospitalized after birth for more than 7 calendar nights .
  • Being a beneficiary of the birth and childcare benefit (maternity/paternity) .
  • Submit the hospital medical report justifying the hospitalization and its duration.
  • To be registered and active in Social Security , meeting the previous contribution requirements.
